The Sport-Thieme fascia set contains a 30-cm-long fascia roll, which is ideal for treating large areas of the body such as the back or legs. In comparison, the fascia balls included in the set allow you to treat particularly hard-to-reach areas of the body. the balls also have a small recess, which prevents them from rolling away. The balls and the roll are made of EPP and are temperature resistant up to at least 110°C. Depending on preference and training level the set is available in the Soft and Standard versions.
