The Togu Faszio ball is made from a firm, composite material, which is very flexible and as a result can perfectly adapt to the fasciae structure. By rolling the ball over your body, you intensively train your fasciae and push metabolic waste products out of the tissue. After being stretched out, your tissue is provided with fresh nutrients. Depending on how sensitive you are, the firmness of the ball can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the amount of air in it.
