Made of grey EVA foam, the underside is soft, which minimises the impact on ankles and knees when exercising, and thereby reduces the risk of injury. The flooring is easy to clean – just use mild soap and water. Unlike floors made of recycled rubber, the "Soft Grip" interlocking mats tend to be odourless.
