The Bosu balance pods are small air-filled vinyl hemispheres for improving the user’s balance, coordination and mobility. They can also be used for squats, push-ups or planks (using 4 pods for particularly challenging planks). The pods are great for physiotherapy and rehabilitation exercises too, e.g. for fall prevention work. They have a valve on the bottom for air regulation, i.e. to adjust the difficulty level to suit the athlete’s or patient’s needs. Thanks to their textured underside, they are non-slip, and thanks to their low net weight, they are easy to take to the gym, practice, or on trips. What’s more, they are extremely resilient: each pod can be subjected to a maximum load of 136 kg.
