The Pedalo "150" spring balance board is a whole-body training aid for stabilisation exercises whilst standing, seated and exercising on all fours. The unstable surface increases the amount of input information (stimuli). It develops depth sensitivity (proprioceptive training), reaction and balance ability and improves the interaction between nerves and muscles. When used with the parallel support bars the spring balance board can also be used for gait training in rehabilitation. Support bars, tubes, bar and foot pads not included.
