The Sport-Thieme 50-mm-diameter “Competition” curl bar is made of steel and therefore very durable. Using spring or spinlock collars, the weight plates can be quickly and effortlessly secured for a safe workout. The knurled grip sections further increase safety, ensuring the equipment won't slide out of the athlete's hands. The curl bar’s wavy design ensures effective biceps and triceps exercises without putting too much strain on your wrists. The bar can be used with all conventional 50-mm weight plates.
