Product description
The Blackroll Flow: with a new surface structure
The Blackroll Flow impresses first and foremost thanks to its revolutionary surface structure – the design allows you to personalise how you use the striations, and combine movements for greater effect. The striations considerably increase circulation. The faster you move your body over the fascia roller, the stronger the feeling of vibration. In comparison to the Groove, the Blackroll Flow is considerably more gentle.

Ideal for self-massage and regeneration
A lack of movement and putting strain on one side over the other too often leads to tissue dehydration. By training using your fascia trainer you apply pressure on and stretch the tissue, this stimulates the flow of blood and lymph and hydrates the area. The innovative surface structure of this roller combines 2 functions: The Blackroll Flow stimulates (when moving against the striations) and provides the fascia with a gentle massage. This rehydrates and encourages circulation throughout your entire fascial system. What the experts think: Dr. Robert Schleip, “Of course, in a pinch you could also use a rolling pin! But the Blackroll Flow is a much more precise tool, especially as its directional edges allow for a much more targeted approach. This provides you with a much stronger effect when working on agglutinated tissue. And if you want to give it an edge to encourage the exchange of nutrients in the tissue, it also works considerably better with the FLOW.”
