Product description
The Sport-Thieme climbing wall for wall bars with “Children” climbing holds can easily be attached to an existing set of wall bars, and the climbing fun can begin. For increased safety, the brackets of the the Sport-Thieme climbing wall are secured to the wall bars via the star grip handle. The wall can be attached at different angles (at below, above or dead-on 90 degrees – for slabs, overhangs and vertical climbs), and there are 50 attachment points for the climbing holds: the climbing route options are therefore virtually endless.
Safe and quick to attach
The back of the climbing wall panel features metal brackets. Attachment in portrait orientation at 90 degrees requires a set of wall bars that’s at least 230 cm tall.
Safety information
A padded landing area is required. For a height of up to 100 cm, you can use gymnastics mats for impact protection. Above 100 cm, more shock absorption is needed, such as crash mats or similar. Please ensure that the landing area extends 2 m to the side and behind each side of the wall.
Which wall bars do I need?
The Sport-Thieme climbing wall for wall bars has been designed for DIN EN 12346-compliant wall bars but it can also be used with other wall bars. It is, however, not suitable for wall bars with offset rungs. Please get in touch if you have any queries and we will be happy to assist.
